Luna

Our Founder and CEO

Latakusum Pokharel (Luna), born and raised in Nepal, holds a degree in Applied Physics from Kathmandu University School of Science. She later moved to the United States to pursue a master’s degree in engineering at Morehead State University, where she discovered her true passion wasn’t engineering, but people. While completing her studies, she found an experience that reshaped her vision and laid the foundation for 4th Dimension Marketing Solutions, a company built on human connection, intentional growth, and opportunity. Outside of work, Luna is a published novelist with eight novels admired by thousands of readers, and values time spent with friends and family.

Ashmita KC

Team Lead
Originally from Nepal, she moved to the United States to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Through her journey, she discovered a strong passion for leadership and personal growth, which ultimately led her to 4th Dimension Marketing Solutions. Her dedication and performance earned her recognition as a Top 10 NRG representative nationwide. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Caroline Kidd

Marketing Rep

Carrie earned her bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University, where she studied Anthropology driven by her love for travel and learning about different cultures. She spent seven years living in China as an English teacher, an experience that shaped her global perspective and appreciation for human connection.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, staying active, and exploring new experiences.

Charles Prieve

Team Lead
A graduate of Miami University (Oxford) with a degree in Marketing and Communication, he joined 4th Dimension while seeking meaningful growth and leadership opportunities. Through consistency, discipline, and hard work, he earned a place at TOP GUN. Outside the office, he’s passionate about sports and enjoys spending time with friends watching games together.

Samantha Duncan

Marketing Rep​
She graduated from Southern Union University with a degree in Human Resource Management. With a genuine passion for helping people access new opportunities, she found alignment with 4D’s people-first mission. Born and raised in Cincinnati, she values community, growth, and connection. In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with friends.
